2. Purpose of this site
This site invites eligible U.S.-based creators to submit professional profile information so Promote Center can evaluate potential fit for future client brand campaigns. It also describes an optional future creator showcase on PromoteCenter.com.
3. Eligibility
To apply through this creator initiative, you should be 18 or older, based in the United States, active on Instagram, YouTube or TikTok, have at least 1,500 followers or subscribers on one eligible platform, and create content relevant to an active Promote Center campaign category.
Promote Center may verify publicly visible profile information and may decline, pause or remove a profile from consideration if information is false, materially misleading, artificially inflated or incompatible with campaign requirements.
4. Applying does not guarantee work
Submitting an application, being included in a creator pool, receiving a response, or later appearing in a public showcase does not guarantee a campaign invitation, selection, minimum volume of work, compensation, exclusivity, revenue or future relationship.
5. Campaign terms are separate
If a campaign opportunity arises, the parties will define the commercial terms separately. Depending on the campaign, this may include compensation, deliverables, posting schedule, review and approval, product shipment, usage rights, reposting, paid media usage, whitelisting, editing rights, exclusivity, cancellation, payment timing, metrics/reporting, brand-safety obligations and other campaign-specific requirements.
No campaign content rights are transferred merely because you submitted an application.
6. Creator independence
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, applying to or participating in the Promote Center creator pool does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, exclusive representation, talent-agency relationship or authority to bind Promote Center or any client brand.
7. Truthful profiles and authentic metrics
You agree not to knowingly submit false profile information, fabricated audience data, purchased or manipulated engagement presented as genuine performance, or misleading claims about prior brand work. Estimates should be identified as estimates.
8. Advertising disclosures and platform rules
Creators are responsible for complying with applicable advertising and endorsement laws, including applicable U.S. Federal Trade Commission endorsement requirements, and with the rules of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and any platform used for a campaign. Material connections to a brand — including payment, free products, discounts or other benefits — must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in a way appropriate to the format.
9. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your pre-existing creator content, trademarks, name, likeness and portfolio materials, subject to rights you may already have granted to third parties.
By submitting profile materials, you authorize Promote Center to review them and use the submitted professional information internally for creator sourcing and matching. You also authorize Promote Center to share relevant profile information privately with prospective or existing client brands when reasonably necessary to evaluate you for a potential campaign.
Public display on PromoteCenter.com is optional. Choosing “YES” for showcase interest in an initial application only indicates interest; it is not final publication authorization. Before publishing a creator profile, Promote Center should request separate confirmation of the information and assets to be displayed.
10. No certification or endorsement
Inclusion in the creator pool or public showcase is not a certification, guarantee or endorsement by Promote Center of a creator’s audience quality, services, legal compliance, results or suitability for a particular brand. Brands and creators remain responsible for their own due diligence and the terms of each campaign.
11. Site and program changes
Promote Center may modify, suspend or discontinue the microsite, eligibility criteria, campaign categories, creator pool or future public showcase. Uninterrupted site availability is not guaranteed.
12. Third-party platforms
Instagram, YouTube and TikTok are third-party platforms. Promote Center does not control their availability, security, policies or content, and they are not sponsors of this site unless expressly stated in a specific campaign.
13. Disclaimer
The site is provided for general information and creator sourcing. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that a creator will be accepted, selected, paid or matched to a campaign.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Promote Center will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising solely from use of this informational microsite or from a decision not to select a creator. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not replace the liability rules of a campaign-specific contract.

16. Governing law
These website and application terms are governed by the laws of Italy to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply in another jurisdiction. A campaign-specific agreement may specify different governing law or dispute terms for that campaign.
