3. Information we may process
- Identity and contact information, such as your name, creator/business name and email address.
- Location information you provide, such as city and state.
- Creator profile information, including platform, profile URL, follower/subscriber counts, content category, portfolio, media kit and rate card.
- Publicly available information from Instagram, YouTube or TikTok profiles you ask us to review.
- Campaign communications, negotiations, deliverables, approvals, payment and commercial records if a campaign relationship develops.
- Basic technical server logs generated by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser/user-agent, request time and requested page.
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank information, identity documents, tax forms or similar sensitive records unless Promote Center later requests them through an appropriate process for a specific business purpose.
4. Why we use information
- To review creator eligibility and campaign fit.
- To maintain and manage the creator relationship and creator pool.
- To contact you about potentially relevant campaign opportunities.
- To present relevant professional profile information privately to a prospective or existing client brand when reasonably necessary to evaluate campaign fit.
- To administer campaign agreements, deliverables, usage rights, compliance and payments where applicable.
- To display a public creator profile on PromoteCenter.com only if you separately authorize that public showcase.
- To protect the site, prevent abuse, keep appropriate records and comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal bases where EU data-protection law applies
Where the GDPR or related EU/Italian rules apply, processing may rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a campaign contract, legitimate interests in operating creator sourcing and campaign matching, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where specifically requested.
If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it prospectively. Indicating interest in a future public showcase is not final publication consent. Promote Center should separately confirm the information and assets to be published before a public profile goes live.
6. Who may receive information
Information may be accessed by Promote Center and service providers supporting hosting, email, file storage, security, payment, accounting or business administration. When you are being considered for a campaign, relevant professional profile information may be shared with the client brand or its authorized representatives for evaluation and campaign management.
Promote Center does not sell your personal information.
7. International processing
This initiative focuses on U.S.-based creators while the operator is established in Italy. Information may therefore be processed in more than one country. Service providers may also operate internationally. Where legally required, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used.
8. Retention
Creator application and relationship information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to maintain a useful creator pool, satisfy legal/accounting duties, resolve disputes, or establish and defend legal claims. Retention may differ depending on whether you are only an applicant, an active creator or a party to a campaign agreement.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask Promote Center to update your creator information, stop considering you for future campaigns, or withdraw optional public-showcase authorization. Where applicable law provides additional rights, these may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.

10. Cookies and analytics
This version of the microsite does not intentionally set non-essential cookies, use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, embedded social feeds, third-party video players or third-party web fonts. The visual assets are hosted locally on promotecenter-creators.com.
If analytics, pixels, forms, CAPTCHA, chat widgets, embedded media or other third-party technologies are added later, this notice and any legally required consent mechanism should be updated before activation.
